Most in-stock items ship within a few business days. Made-to-order and custom items take longer; we’ll give you an estimated ship date with your order.

We ship within the United States with USPS. Shipping is based on weight and destination and is confirmed with your order. Local pickup in Fairfield, CA may be available — just ask.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Every item is custom made to order, so we can’t accept returns or give refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or not liking an item.
The exception is a problem that isn’t the buyer’s fault. That includes verified damage from shipping, or a defect or error on our end. In those cases, we’ll make it right.
To report a problem: email VoxelForgeLLC@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery. Include your name, order details, a description of the problem, and photos of the item and the packaging.
Once we’ve verified the problem, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund, at our discretion.
Sales tax
California sales tax is collected on orders shipped to or picked up in California, as required.
